For U.S. customers: If you’re looking to return your recent
purchase of Folium pX opened or not- for any reason, we are here to help. You
can return the item back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money less shipping fee. We will provide a RMA# prior to you shipping the product back to us.
All international purchases are final.
Before returning any items, please email us at info@foliumpx.com so we can assist you in this process. Failure to do this may result in your return being delayed.
Returned products must be sealed and not tampered with in any way.
Any promotional items received with your order must also be included in any return, including any samples. Any promotional items missing will be deducted from your return at full price.
Please include a copy of your original order confirmation with your return so we know who is making the return.
Once we receive your package, we’ll refund
you using the same method of payment minus any shipping fees.
Promotional Items
If you purchased Folium pX on a BOGO (example:
buy one, get one free) promotion and you want to return them, both items have
to be sent back to us in order to receive your refund.
Please note a $7.95 return shipping fee will
be deducted from your return credit as a return shipping fee.
