Return/Refund Policy

For U.S. customers: if you’re looking to return your recent purchase of Folium pX, opened or not, for any reason, we are here to help. You can return the item to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money, less shipping fees. We will provide an RMA number before you ship the product back to us.

How to return an item

  1. Email us first

    Before returning any items, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you and provide your RMA number. Failure to do this may result in your return being delayed.

  2. Pack your return

    Include the product, any promotional items and samples received with your order, and a copy of your original order confirmation so we know who is making the return.

  3. Ship it to us

    Send your return package with your preferred shipping carrier to the address below.

  4. Get your refund

    Once we receive your package, we’ll refund you using the same method of payment, minus any shipping fees. Allow 1–2 weeks for your return to process.

  • Returned products must be sealed and not tampered with in any way.
  • Any promotional items received with your order, including samples, must be included in the return. Any promotional items missing will be deducted from your return at full price.
  • A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit.
  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment, minus any shipping fees.
